CVS-Corporate Coupon Policy and Krazy Scenarios for 9/11-9/17

Make sure you scan your ExtraCare card when you arrive to receive extra coupons!!

If you don't have a card yet, you can apply for one at the store prior to completing these transactions.

CVS Official Coupon Policy

CVS just posted their official coupon policy.  Click on the link above.  Print and carry in your binder. 

Remember, you will probably be more knowledgable of their policy than the cashiers.  Be respectful and courteous when ringing up your transactions.

The policy change that stood out most  for me:

• CVS/pharmacy reserves the right to process coupons in any order.

What does that mean to us?  That means that when you receive a great $3/$15 or $4/$20 coupon from the kiosk, CVS has the right to use it after ALL mfr coupons have been scanned, rather than before.  This will make using the kiosk coupons to save big a bit harder.  Most cashiers will probably not know this and will still allow you to use the CVS coupons first, but be prepared if they don't allow it until all other coupons are scanned.
