Stayed up last night putting all my scenarios together, went outside this morning to get my LA Times and lo and behold, no LA Times but an OC Register...hmmm did the OC Register take my LA Times and leave a Register in its place? I would hope not! Anyway, had a wonderful trip to both CVS and Walgreens. Unfortunately, one of the RR deals at Walgreens was already wiped out at 7:30am, but I managed to reconfigure my deals and still come out ahead. Also, received a nice compliment from my local CVS cashier. She told me that the manager likes me because I'm always so nice to all the cashiers and will step out of line if others are behind me when I'm doing multiple transactions. :-) It's a great way to start my day!
Anyway, 2 stores and 6 transactions later, I managed a haul of $148 worth of product with an OOP of $8.58 plus I received $4 in ECBs and $9.75 in RRs for an overall MONEYMAKER of $5.17!! Not too shabby :-)
Many of the deals I did are in both my Walgreens and CVS scenarios posted yesterday with a few tweaks plus I had RRs, ECBs and CVS cash going in.
