If you're new to Walgreens shopping, an important part of their coupon policy is that you must have as many items as you have coupons, excluding Walgreens ad coupons, but including Register Rewards (those scan as manufacturer coupons).
If you have Register Rewards (RRs) from last week, you can use those to lower your out of pocket in transaction #1.
